Sliding Safety Chuck

Sliding safety chucks are square bar holding devices that are safer and easier for operators to use than tilting safety chucks. They can hold square bars of sizes 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", or 3". 

Here are some things to consider when buying a sliding safety chuck: 

  • Material: Graded casting, forged steel, hardened alloy steel, rubber finger guard
  • Size: Square-round (35-50, 40-55mm), square (20 – 50mm)
  • Options: Pneumatic locking flange, safety sensors, rotary joint, non-standard mounting
